I recently visited Empuraans and was thrilled to find that they offer a variety of Paleo diet options. I tried their idiyappam dish and was blown away by how delicious it was. The noodles were made with coconut flour and paired perfectly with the spicy tomato-based sauce. As someone who follows the Paleo diet, it's always a challenge to find tasty and healthy options, but Empuraans nailed it. I highly recommend this restaurant for anyone looking for a delicious Paleo-friendly meal.
