As someone who follows the Paleo diet, I was pleasantly surprised to find a variety of options at Azure in Grand Mercure Vadodara Surya Palace. The Curd Rice, although not entirely Paleo, was a delicious 300 grams serving that satisfied my cravings. The rice had a perfect consistency and the blend of curd, spices, and herbs was just right. The Chicken Masala Meal from Azure - Grand Mercure Vadodara Surya Palace was outstanding. The spices were balanced perfectly and the presentation was excellent. The quality of the ingredients was top-notch and I was thoroughly impressed by the flavor and texture of the meal. Highly recommend!

A #luxurious experience is guaranteed when you visit this restaurant. it really does #redefine fine dining. The food is so #light and yummy. The #thalis were the best part. we were also able to cash in some Magicpin coupons!
