We visited Croma’s Chala branch to purchase various gadgets and home appliances. The staff was incredibly responsive and helpful. Prachi guided us through the different options of Apple products and helped us select the best iPhone 17, which I bought as a birthday gift for my younger sister. Aakash was exceptionally generous and kind to my elder sister, assisting her in finding the most suitable laptop for her daily requirements. Sneha assisted us in selecting the best OTG and hand blender for my mom’s kitchen needs. Overall, our experience was fantastic, and we plan to return to this store for future shopping.

I am writing regarding my recent purchase of an Elica cooktop from your Croma Challa store.
At the time of purchase, I was clearly assured by the sales staff that the installation would be done the very next day. However, even after three days, no installation was done. During this period, I was repeatedly told that a technician would come, but nobody visited.
I was also strictly instructed not to get the installation done by any other technician, stating that it would void the warranty. This put me in a very difficult situation, as I was left waiting without any proper support or clear commitment.
What is most disappointing is the difference between what was promised at the time of selling and what was communicated after the delivery. The experience has been extremely poor and unprofessional. This is not what one expects from a brand like Croma.
Based on this experience, I feel that verbal commitments from your store staff cannot be trusted, and everything should be taken in writing.

i had purchase i phone 17 on 02/10/25.
as per the offer given to me there was 2000 cash voucher has to given to me in 1 week. now its 1 month past and still no update on that. i try to contact so many times who sale me that phone but she's not responding any more.
can someone answer me for that ????

I had purchased a laptop on 16/10/2025 and they told me that I will get a power bank, laptop bag and ear buds but when I went there they said that they had not even promised me a power bank, they are lying and that the bag would be delivered to me at home in a few days but they have not given me that either. Till now I have not received anything except ear buds They were also going to give me a voucher of Rs 2000 and in that too they said that it will come on my phone and now they are saying that no, you will have to come to the shop

Buy from amazon rather than buying from here. It will be more faster and time saving for you!
Our purchase was supposed to delivered by Saturday, but today is monday and it us still not delivered.

Very bad EXPERIENCE. Poor Customer service. I visited for laptop No one came to attend. I told them many times but no one reply properly. They are like " lena ho to lo nai to rehne do" very bad experience. They were talking with each other but no one came to attend me.

I have been complaining about the croma bldc fan . 72 hrs have passed but my problem is not resolved yet. Instead we are receiving msg saying that problem is solved. I have registered to customer care.

I'm Ravi shrivtastav I bought a laptop from Croma on 4th July 2025, and by 15th July 2025, its keyboard stopped working. I immediately contacted the Croma store, but till now, I haven’t received any proper response.

As per Croma’s policy, if a laptop gets damaged within 15 days, it should either be repaired or replaced. But it’s been over 4 months (today is 17th October 2025) — neither the laptop was repaired nor replaced. No one from Croma even communicates properly.

Honestly, I had good expectations from Croma, but this experience has been very disappointing. Poor service, no proper response, and no solution even after repeated follow-ups.

I’ll never recommend anyone to buy from Croma.

Very poor service provided by the employees. Product was not delivered as per the schedule, and after that, no support was given for installation. I called multiple times for installation, but there was no response from the Croma Vapi store. The staff’s behavior was very rude.

They first say it will be done within 48 hours, then they extend it to 72 hours, and later to 5 days — just keep delaying every time. Because of this delay, the return and replacement policy period also gets over.

Very bad experience with Croma Vapi.
