These Cafes Will Make You Experience Jaipur Like Never Before

It’s no wonder when I talk to my friends in Delhi, they often relate Jaipur with palaces, museums, the beautiful walled city, its culture and heritage. What people are not aware of is that Jaipur is home to so many beautiful cafes and spaces where one would love to spend their evenings alone or with friends.

I’ve always loved the quaint little cafes in Jaipur and after shifting to Delhi, I miss such places. It’s lovely how Jaipur have been successful in living up to the meaning of “Cafes”. Unlike the metropolitan, Cafes in Jaipur are respites from the hustle and bustle, where you can sit and relax for hours with a book and a hot cup of coffee. Not just for namesake, these cafes play soothing music and serve amazing food at reasonable prices.

On your next trip to the pink city, we recommend you try these cafes for a guaranteed good time!

JAI’POUR CAFÉ & BAR

Devraj Niwas, already a home to the beautiful Forresta, opened a new café named after the city. With European interiors, the place is perfect to soak in the sun or just enjoy a starlit night with your buddies. From Delhi’s Banta to Mexican style tacos, they serve an array of dishes. Not just a café, Jai’pour is also a bar serving some of the most amazing cocktails in the city. For the whiskey lover, we recommend their mint julep. Also, don’t miss out on their thin crust pizzas!

At two locations, Tapri is one of the favourite places of all Jaipurites.  From college goers to a sole traveler, everyone loves this place for its rustic vibes. A pot for two and vada pav is what would make your visit worthwhile. Enjoy the sunset and their rooftop with some Dal Pakwan, Nachos and Maggi.

The bistro is set amidst the lush greens, and has a lifestyle store selling really beautiful and antique pieces to brighten up your home. One of a kind place, ideal for a date. The relaxing music and homely aura will surely leave you wishing for more. We recommend you to try their savoury and classic crepes.
