Fabcafe is Fabindia's hallmark brand, and we would call it chic and airy. One thing is certain: the food here is healthy, from the three grain papdi chaat prepared with jowar, bajra, and buckwheat to the gol gappe served with fresh pineapple and pomegranate water.
