We don't find our food tasty till the time it does not have extra spice added into it. Majority of us are programmed in such a way since childhood. Did bit of google search on why we Indians have developed this eating behaviour. *Spices prevent our food from spoilage *Countries with a hotter climate have comparatively more spicy cuisine *There are good number of theories published by Scientist to decode why Indian food is so delicious, read a few and each theory mentions the spice that we use makes the food tasty.
