I recently visited Galaxy Restaurant and was pleasantly surprised by their mixed veg sweet corn roll. As someone who follows a gluten-free diet, it's always a challenge to find delicious options at restaurants. But their roll was not only gluten-free, but also bursting with flavor. The vegetables were fresh and the sweet corn added a nice touch of sweetness. I appreciate that the restaurant caters to those with dietary restrictions like myself. I recently tried out Mom's Kitchen and fell in love with their sushi and Japanese cuisine. The dhokla was especially good, bursting with flavor and perfectly cooked. I couldn't help but share my amazing experience on all my social platforms. But what really stole the show for me was the quality and freshness of the sushi.
