Brown's Bakery is my new favorite spot for falafel and hummus! Their falafel is perfectly crispy on the outside and flavorful on the inside. The hummus is creamy and has just the right amount of tang. As someone who loves spicy food, I was pleasantly surprised by the spicy kick in their homemade harissa sauce. I recently tried The Belgian Waffle and I have to say, their Stroopwafel was exceptional! I ordered two and each one was perfectly crispy and had just the right amount of sweetness. The overall taste was delicious and I can't wait to go back and try more of their waffle options. The cozy atmosphere and friendly staff were just the cherry on top.
