I recently visited Shahi Biryani and was pleased to find that they offer vegan options. While I didn't try their Chicken Biryani, I've heard it's good. As a vegan, I opted for their Vegetable Biryani and it did not disappoint. The flavors were bold and the veggies were perfectly cooked.
