I recently tried Kosta Spice's Tomato Rasam and it was absolutely delicious! Unlike other restaurants, Kosta Spice's version was not overly oily or salty. The blend of spices was just perfect, giving a burst of flavors with every sip. I appreciate how this dish is a healthy option on their menu and they didn't compromise on taste.
