I recently visited Udta Punjab Cafe and was pleasantly surprised by their delicious gluten-free options. The Paneer Bhurji with 2 Butter Parathas and Salad was a standout dish for me. The parathas were perfectly crispy and the paneer was cooked to perfection. I was impressed by the attention to detail in ensuring that these dishes were gluten-free.
