The order was not served even though accepted by the shop, which is hardly a few meters away from my apartment. I ordered this on a special occasion and for my wife and amma, 90 years while i was at a different location. When there was an inordinate delay I contacted the shop and they had a lame excuse that subzi was not available. Even though they promised to deliver the samosas immediately, they didn't. After half an hour (it is only 5 minutes walk to my flat), when I contacted them they asked me to reorder via zomato or swiggy. I Ave no idea whether these guys are owning both. All these in spite of my family being a regular visitor to this Pandit Chay shop at carmelaram 100 feet road.
