I was suggested a berry facial as my skin was pretty dry and had many open pores.First things first the space was very cosy with dim lights and relaxing music. Generally I find it difficult to relax during a facial with products all over my face. But I truly loved the fruity smell of those berries which was soothing and pleasant, unlike the chemical ones.

Staff was not polite - Merchant refused to honour voucher after pre informing him ,before starting service and also while taking service. Very unprofessional.

If you are looking for an unisex spa and salon, then I would highly recommend giving Enrich a try.
