I recently visited Oyster, Bar and Kitchen and I was pleasantly surprised to see that they offer Paleo diet options. As someone who follows a Paleo diet, I was excited to try their Hung Curd Watermelon Salad which was absolutely delicious. The combination of flavors and textures was spot on.
