I recently visited Blue Tokai Coffee Roasters and I was pleasantly surprised by their espresso. As a vegan, I always look for restaurants that offer plant-based options and I was happy to see that they had a variety of options for me to choose from. I tried their vegan breakfast burrito and it was delicious! The coffee was also fantastic, as expected from a coffee roasting company. I highly recommend this cafe to anyone looking for great vegan options and a good cup of coffee.

I recently visited McDonald's and was pleasantly surprised by their Egg & Cheese McMuffin 3 Pc Meal! As a vegan, it can be challenging to find options at fast food restaurants, but this meal definitely hit the spot. The eggs were cooked perfectly and the vegan cheese added a nice touch. I appreciate that McDonald's offers these plant-based options and will definitely be back for more in the future. I recently tried SLAY Coffee Bar and I have to say, their V-60 Pour Over Hot Coffee was absolutely delicious! The spice level was just right for me, adding the perfect kick of heat to my morning cup of coffee. The combination of spices used in the pour over method really enhanced the flavors of the coffee.
