I recently tried out Melt and was pleasantly surprised by the quality of their Garden Salad. The mix of fresh greens and vegetables was a refreshing start to my meal. However, the real standout for me was their sushi. The pieces were impeccably fresh and expertly crafted. I highly recommend trying their sushi rolls, especially the ones with salmon. I recently tried Patio 805 and I was impressed by their Raw Papaya Salad. It was fresh, flavorful, and had a good balance of textures.
