I recently tried the Marwari Basa restaurant and was blown away by their sattu paratha. The spices used were just right, giving it the perfect level of heat. The texture of the paratha was also excellent, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. I appreciate the variety of options on their menu, with a focus on spicy dishes. I recently visited Royal Rajasthan and had the chance to try their iconic RT2 Royal Rajasthani Thali. It was delicious - full of flavour and an experience not to be missed! Highly recommended.
