I recently tried Sri Swadishta Upahara and was blown away by their curd vada. The vada was perfectly fried and the curd was fresh and tangy. I think they closely missed the mark on authenticity. There needs to be a dish specially named as Ghee Podi Masala Dosa because I really didn't expect podi to be so much in a simple ghee Masala Dosa. Coffee was good though.
