I recently dined at Chole Maharaj and was excited to see that they offered a variety of Paleo diet options. I decided to try their Rajma with Rice and I must say, it was excellent! The dish was filling and had all the necessary ingredients for a perfect Paleo meal. The rice was fluffy and the rajma was cooked to perfection.
