I recently discovered Biriyani Darbar and was pleasantly surprised by their delicious vegan options. Although their Afghani Chicken Shahi Dum Biryani was highly recommended, I opted for their vegan biryani and it did not disappoint. The aromatic spices and flavorful vegetables made it a perfect choice for a plant-based meal. I recently visited The Pearl in Burdwan and was blown away by their mix vegetable idli. The unique combination of vegetables added such a depth of flavor to the traditional idli.
