I recently discovered Biriyani Darbar and was pleasantly surprised by their delicious vegan options. Although their Afghani Chicken Shahi Dum Biryani was highly recommended, I opted for their vegan biryani and it did not disappoint. The aromatic spices and flavorful vegetables made it a perfect choice for a plant-based meal. I appreciate restaurants that prioritize providing vegan options and Biriyani Darbar has definitely made it to my list of go-to places for a satisfying vegan meal. Highly recommend for both

I recently visited The Pearl in Burdwan and was blown away by their mix vegetable idli. The unique combination of vegetables added such a depth of flavor to the traditional idli. The presentation was beautiful and the dish was obviously made with the freshest ingredients. This restaurant truly knows how to elevate a simple dish into a culinary experience.
