I recently tried the cutting chai at Meri Wali Chai and it was absolutely delicious. As someone who loves spicy food, I was pleasantly surprised by the level of spice in the chai. It was just the right amount to add a kick of flavor without being overwhelming. The chai itself was also very good and had a strong and rich flavor.
