I recently visited Ekta Bakers and was pleasantly surprised to find a variety of vegan options on the menu. Their Fresh Fruit Cake was a standout dish for me, full of flavor and made with fresh, wholesome ingredients. I appreciate how this restaurant caters to all dietary preferences and their staff was incredibly helpful in suggesting vegan options for me.
