I recently tried the idly vada at Hotel Uphar Darshini and I have to say, it was really good! The combination of soft idlis and crispy vadas was just perfect. I also appreciate the fact that the restaurant offers a wide variety of cuisines to choose from. Overall, a must-try for anyone looking for delicious South Indian food. The only downside was the service, which could have been a bit faster. But the quality of the food definitely made up for it
