I recently visited Balkh Bukhara and I was pleasantly surprised by their delicious vegan options. The Yellow Dal Tadka is a must-try, with its rich flavors and perfectly cooked lentils. As someone who follows a vegan diet, I appreciate restaurants that cater to my preferences and Balkh Bukhara definitely exceeded my expectations. The staff was also very accommodating and the atmosphere of the restaurant was lovely. I highly recommend this restaurant for anyone looking for authentic and tasty vegan options.
