I recently tried the Aloo Matar Combo at The Palms Indian Restro Bar in Hotel Sunbeam Premium, and I must say, it was absolutely delicious! The potatoes were perfectly cooked and the peas were fresh and flavorful. The spices used in the dish were just right and added a great depth of flavor.
