I recently tried out Mom's Rasoi and was blown away by their Paneer Paratha. As someone who loves spicy food, I was pleasantly surprised by the perfect balance of flavors and just the right amount of heat in the paratha. It was evident that the dish was made with fresh ingredients and the paneer was perfectly cooked. I loved the authenticity of the spices used and will definitely be ordering it again.
