I recently had the pleasure of trying out Kanchan Amritsari Food and I must say, it did not disappoint! Their Onion Uttappam was definitely a standout dish, with just the right balance of spices and heat. As someone who enjoys spicy food, I was pleasantly surprised by the level of spiciness in the dish. The flavors were bold and authentic, truly reminiscent of traditional Amritsari cuisine. I highly recommend this restaurant for those who have a love for spicy food
