I recently tried the pineapple cake at Ajay Bakery and it was absolutely delicious! The layers were perfectly moist and the pineapple flavor was definitely the star. The frosting was light and not too sweet, making it a perfect balance. Overall, great experience and I will definitely be back to try more of their baked goods. Highly recommend!
