I recently visited Chettinadu Aachi Samaiyal and I have to say, the tamarind rice was absolutely delicious! The spicy level was just perfect for my taste buds and I could taste the authentic flavors of Chettinad cuisine in every bite. The rice itself was cooked to perfection and the combination of tangy tamarind and bold spices was simply mouthwatering.
