I recently tried the Crispy Ginger Chicken at Mainland China and it was absolutely delicious! The chicken was cooked to perfection, with a crispy and flavorful coating. What impressed me even more was how healthy the dish was with its generous serving of fresh ginger. The portion size was just right for a satisfying meal without feeling too heavy. Good food at great value. At about 370 per head you get a good tasting buffet. The management was also very caring. Also the refills were made available in no time. By no means is this a premium buffet but for the price it is a good deal. There is also a good enough car parking available. I will definitely be visiting them again.
