I recently tried Nandhinee Kitchen and was blown away by their Lachha Paratha! It had the perfect crisp and flaky texture, and the taste was spot on. Today the Bhature were completely cold as well as the tandoori roti. The tandoori roti should have been cooked a little more, it was a bit raw from inside.
