I recently visited Yaa Mohaideen Biryani and was pleasantly surprised to find that they offer delicious vegan options! Although their specialty is mutton biryani, I opted for their vegan biryani and was blown away by the flavorful and aromatic rice dish. The spices and vegetables were perfectly balanced and made for a delectable meal. Today the Bhature were completely cold as well as the tandoori roti. The tandoori roti should have been cooked a little more, it was a bit raw from inside.
