I recently dined at Trippetite and tried their Beloved Besan Aloo Tarkari. I must say, I was pleasantly surprised by how delicious and healthy it was! The besan (chickpea flour) coated potatoes were perfectly cooked and the tarkari (vegetable curry) was filled with nutritious vegetables.
