I recently ordered from Rasoi - Fast Food and I have to say, their special cheese dosa was absolutely amazing! The dosa was perfectly crispy and the cheese just added an extra layer of richness. I recently tried out Galho Aunty and was blown away by their Pumpkin Galho dish. It was bursting with flavor and had the perfect balance of spices.
