Catalyst Gastro Bar is a must-try for all gourmet food lovers. Their Butter Tandoori Roti is simply divine – soft, buttery and baked to perfection. I recently visited Penthouse-The Terrace & Lounge and was pleasantly surprised to find a great selection of plant-based and vegan options on their menu. I opted for the Classic Butter Chicken Combo, which was absolutely delicious. The staff were also very accommodating and made sure to cater to my dietary preferences. I highly recommend this restaurant for anyone looking for tasty vegan meals. Their diverse menu and welcoming atmosphere make for a great dining experience. 10/10 for their excellent vegan options!
