I recently tried the Purani Dilli Ke Choley Chawal from Haldiram's and it was absolutely delicious. The choley (chickpeas) were cooked to perfection and the rice was fluffy and flavorful. I recently dined at City Spicee Grand and was pleasantly surprised by their gluten-free options. I tried their Hariyali Chaap and it was absolutely delicious.
