I recently tried the Sprouted Grains Bowl at The Sun Glows and I was blown away by the flavours and textures! The mix of grains was perfectly cooked and the dish was packed with healthy and delicious ingredients. The portion was generous and the presentation was beautiful. I recently tried Junction and I must say, their Dal Chawal with 2 Tawa Roti was a pleasant surprise. The dal was perfectly cooked and had just the right amount of spices. The Tawa Roti was soft, yet had a nice crunch to it. I also appreciated the generous portion size. Overall, I highly recommend Junction for those looking for a delicious and satisfying Indian meal.
