I recently visited The Waffle House and as someone who follows a Keto diet, I was pleasantly surprised to see that they offered Keto options. I recently tried the Tandoori Paneer Sandwich from Mapango Pizza and it was absolutely delicious! The paneer was perfectly cooked and had a nice spicy kick, just the way I like it.
