I recently tried Southern Basil's Katrikai Kara Kozhumbu and it was fantastic! The flavors were bold and authentic, and the ingredients tasted fresh and healthy. The portion size was just right, providing a satisfying meal without feeling overly stuffed. I appreciate that Southern Basil offers healthy options on their menu, and I will definitely be coming back to try more of their dishes. I recently tried the Plain Dosa at South Tiffin Home and it was absolutely delicious! The perfect combination of crispy and fluffy, with just the right amount of tanginess.
