I recently tried Southern Wok and was blown away by their Prawns & Bacon Siu Mai dish. The prawns were fresh and perfectly cooked, complemented by the crispy bacon. The flavors were well-balanced and the portion size was generous. Overall, the dish was a combination of unique flavors that left me wanting more.
