I recently visited Aachis Chettinad and was thrilled to find that they offered a variety of vegan options on their menu. The Kuzhi Paniyaram was the standout dish for me - crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, with the perfect blend of spices. I recently tried Southern Basil's Katrikai Kara Kozhumbu and it was fantastic! The flavors were bold and authentic, and the ingredients tasted fresh and healthy. The portion size was just right, providing a satisfying meal without feeling overly stuffed.
