I recently tried the Busut Tangsuyuk at Di Miso and it was absolutely delicious! Not only was the dish packed with flavor, but it was also a budget-friendly option. Extremely dry Biryani and it wasn't made in Kolkata style. There were no aloo/potato also in the Biryani either, which is a must in Kolkata Biryani
