My experience is very good regarding counter staff. I regularly buy my monthly requirement. Staff are not rude, everyone is cooperative. As the shop always has 8-10 customers, but some of the customers enter the shop and without waiting for their turn shout for their stuff, their by making the counter staff loose their temper
