I recently tried out Samara Goa Club & Resort and was blown away by their Tamatar Aur Dhaniya Ka Shorba. The soup was bursting with the flavors of fresh tomatoes and cilantro, and had the perfect balance of spices. The rest of the food was equally delicious, with a great mix of traditional and modern dishes. The ambiance of the resort was also top-notch, making for a wonderful dining experience.
