I recently visited Champaran Handi Meat Store and was pleasantly surprised by their vegan options. The Tawa Roti was exceptionally good, with a perfect balance of flavors and texture. As someone who follows a vegan diet, it was refreshing to see a meat store offering vegan options. I highly recommend trying their Tawa Roti and supporting their efforts towards inclusivity. I recently visited Bengali By Nature and was pleasantly surprised by their extensive Paleo diet options. Extremely dry Biryani and it wasn't made in Kolkata style. There were no aloo/potato also in the Biryani either, which is a must in Kolkata Biryani

I recently tried the sushi at Barbecue Nexus and it exceeded my expectations! While their Wanton Soup was good, the real star of the show was their sushi.
