I recently tried the vegetable Manchurian dry dish at Hudson Chopsticks and I must say, it was a treat for my taste buds! The spice level was perfect, giving just the right amount of kick to the dish. The vegetables were cooked to perfection and the sauce was deliciously flavorful. As someone who loves spicy food, I was not disappointed at all. I highly recommend this dish to anyone who enjoys a good spice in their food. Hudson Chopsticks is definitely my go-to place
