I recently tried the Achari Chaap at Hot Pot Food Junction and it was simply amazing! As someone who loves spicy food, I was pleasantly surprised by how well the tangy and spicy flavors of the dish came together. The restaurant definitely knows how to elevate the spice level without overpowering the other flavors. I highly recommend the Achari Chaap to all my fellow spice lovers.
