I recently visited Bengali Tadka and was pleasantly surprised to find that they offered Keto diet options. I opted for their Surmai Fish Curry Boneless with rice and it was absolutely delicious. The fish was perfectly cooked and the spices in the curry were just right. As someone who follows a Keto diet, it can be difficult to find places that cater to my preferences, but Bengali Tadka did not disappoint. The portion size was generous and the taste was spot on.
