I recently visited Absorb - The Boutique Bar and was pleased to find they offered a variety of vegan options. I especially enjoyed their Veg Hot and Sour Soup, which was flavorful and hearty. The atmosphere of the restaurant was also very welcoming and the staff was knowledgeable and accommodating of my dietary preferences. I recently dined at Fusion 9 and was pleasantly surprised by the variety and quality of vegetarian options.
